Imagine 750-1500 people in a room during an Advanced Weeklong event emanating from their heart an ambient magnetic field of love, and as the event progresses individual fields begin to synchronize and unionize to create a collective social coherence. When the frequencies are all organized and synchronized, if the group is in social heart coherence—and they send a thought or intention of love or healing—it begins to produce a non-local effect. We studied this at our events by placing 50 people wearing heart-rate monitors in the front row of our workshops and asking the rest of the audience to send [...]

The end product of an experience is an emotion, and emotions are energy in motion. Because where we place our attention is where we place our energy, the stronger the emotion we have towards someone, the more we give them our attention, thus we are giving them our energy. Different emotions often correlate to the different types of relationships we have in our lives, which are based on how we experience, or have experienced, a person. As an example, if you are needy, then you may have relationships that are based on need, dependency, or lack. Because different relationships are [...]
In 1954, Roger Bannister did what was once thought impossible—he broke the four-minute mile by running it in 3:59.4. Up until that point, it was perceived the human body could not physically run that fast for such a distance. Not only was it thought to be too hard, but doctors warned it was dangerous. Bannister’s main competitor was an Australian named John Landy. Both had their eyes on the four-minute barrier, but Bannister beat him to it. After Bannister broke the record, he was quoted as saying he believed Landy had lost heart, and that what was once Landy’s goal had [...]
You never know what it will be that moves your life in a new direction. For example, it was a running injury that propelled Mass General and Harvard Medical School’s neuroscientist, Sara Lazar, to begin studying meditation. It all began after sustaining an injury while training for the Boston Marathon. Because of her injury, her physical therapist advised her to stretch more, so naturally she took up yoga. Lazar had heard all the claims about yoga and its benefits, but she was mostly in it for the physical therapy. It didn’t take long, however, for her to notice that she [...]
Whether you want health, wealth, love, freedom, abundance, or anything else in your life, it’s not about creating those things, it’s about generating them—and then ultimately becoming them. Generation is the key that unlocks the doors of creation and the one aspect of which is most often overlooked in the process of bringing new things, people, ideas, opportunities, events, and so on into your reality. The best part is, it’s not some guarded occult knowledge held by a select few. It’s nothing more than a formula—and for whatever it is you’re trying to bring into your life—it’s the same formula. [...]
At the end of Part I, I mentioned that when the neocortex becomes suppressed, the brain moves into a theta brainwave state, and as a result, this causes an increase of energy in the limbic brain. The limbic brain is the seat of the autonomic nervous system (the brain’s automatic self-regulatory system) and the part of the brain where the pineal gland is located. This is the region of the brain that receives information not through the senses, but like a radio receiver, in the form of frequency. The brain scans we are recording when some of our students are [...]
At the conclusion of each advanced Week Long event, my team and I always wonder if it’s really possible for us to witness even greater degrees of transformation, miracles, and personal change, yet two weeks ago in Bonn, Germany, just over 1400 people from 43 countries (with an additional 93 countries represented in our live stream) participated in what has to date been our most outstanding Week Long event we’ve ever hosted. From the outset the group as a collective was very focused, very sincere, and very willing. In addition, I personally felt like I articulated a lot of the [...]
If you missed part I, click here. …To The Inverse of Materialism If you took your attention off of your body, your life, your identity, the thing things you own, the people you know, the places you go, and the concept of time, the only thing you’d be left with is pure consciousness. That means you’d be disinvesting your attention and energy out of this 3D reality and placing it on this immaterial realm called the quantum field—a place in which only energy, light, and information exists as frequency. And if where you place your attention is where you place [...]
Part I: From Materialism… Many people who have a disease in their body think they have to change the particular disease to make some “thing” like a tumor go away. As a result, they take the time to perform all the prescribed treatments and protocols. They may change their diet, or take chemo, or practice yoga, or drink their kale smoothies, or undergo surgery, and so on. While this can certainly be effective, and while it is definitely important to eat healthily, exercise, and take care of your physical wellbeing, the belief that these prescribed steps are the only way [...]
Please note: This is an ongoing challenge and there is no sign up. It starts when you start. Is it possible to create your destiny? Can you become the master of your fate? Do we actually have free will? Or is our life predestined from the cradle to the grave? Since Descartes in the 17th century, all the way to quantum physicists today, the intellectual argument and resultant division has always been about the heated topic of free will versus predeterminism. So how do we unify the two? Actually, it’s quite simple. For all of our students who have attended [...]
